Immobile rumoroso, serramenti vecchi privi di isolamento, dotazioni scarse, bagno angusto con bidet inservibile, pulizia insufficiente. Le foto non rendono bene lo stato dell'appartamento. La proprietà ha preteso la preventiva accettazione di un contratto pieno di penali a propria tutela. Costo elevato per il servizio offerto.

The location of the property was great.

The apartment was dated and over priced for comparable units. The air conditioning did not work at all which was not ideal in August. There was one AC unit in the living area which did not cool the bedrooms. It was so bad we moved a mattress into the living room just to try to sleep. Check in was like a bad scavenger hunt. After an international flight their what’s app method of contact wasn’t working and we were told to go to the apartment and then had to go find the key which was locked to a fence 3 blocks away.

Da stand, dass man den Müll bei auschecken selbst entsorgen soll, es gab aber keine Müll-container, um den Müll zu entsorgen.

Location and the private parking.

The apartment need to be renovated.

The best thing about this apartment is the location, simply perfect! The hosts were clear in all messages, and the check-in and check-out were easy.

The beds are uncomfortable, and the apartment needs an update, with an old kitchen and bathroom. Everything was functional, but especially the shower was too small. Because of that, the price was just too high.

Great central location.

The staff was rude and caused unnecessary stress from arrival to check out. The online check-in process wasn't standard, leading to confusion. Last-minute reminders and overly strict checkout rules made the experience frustrating. Uncomfortable beds and a complex self-check-in process added to the disappointment. The checkout time was extended slightly without early communication and the overall communication felt demanding and impersonal. I'm sure there are better places quality-price in the area to provide good hospitality and make the stay exceptional.
