Cleanliness Everything old and definitely needs detailed cleaning. Didn't use shower as screens covered in soap scum. And looked unclean Fridge not cleaned still food stains and crumbs from previous guests. Felt more like a folder bed and linens not up to hospitality standard. Tiled floor chipped everywhere Just didn't feel comfortable.

I liked that it was somewhat close to the convention center.

The fact the it was extremely uncleanly and the owner couldn’t help with any of the amenities that were listed as provided. To go into more depth, I am someone who suffers with breathing issues due to allergies, mold, dust, mildew, and pollen, all of which were in the apartment at the time of renting. We had no internet as per the listing, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night due to a restaurant downstairs, and to top it all off our power was out for a majority of the days we had spent there, but I guess at least the building had back up generators so one of our lights worked. I highly recommend that you do not spend your valuable money on this. (P.S. as a message to anyone who thinks that none of the above is “that bad” just look at the pictures of the communal soaps 😂 you’ll think twice about this being a nice place to stay, SHOWER FULL OF MOLD!)

First of all, the location is perfect! You don't need any car to get to restaurants, parks, Ocean Dr, shopping center or the beach. CVs is 5 mins walk if you need something urgent or if you want to buy Miami souvenirs for a good price. Second, the apartment is pretty big & bright with a good AC. Kitchen where you can sit down & eat. Huge closet wall to keep your stuff. It's a way way better than just a small hotel room! At night it's quite, so you can sleep well. Especially when you travel with kids. And it's very important, the host Victor is very friendly, nice, helpful and professional! The communication was exceptional which was very important. My son liked him right away. Perfect place to stay and enjoy South Beach! Definitely recommend it! Thank you so much Victor! 🌞
