The room sizes and availability of basic utilities.

The surrounding and access road is not easily noticeable at night. Property signage should be easily visible and lit. The kitchen door is not safely lockable from inside. The beds are squeaky and seem under 'repair' as wooden sides protrude dangerously and can easily cause injury. The master bathroom/toilet area is a bit squeezed. Mosquitoes and no mosquito repellant.
