"Wonderful stay - but make sure to message about heating before arrival"

The location is great and the place is clean and nicely decorated. Plenty of free parking. Beds are really comfortable and soft.

Our stay was in the middle of the winter but the host hadn’t turned on the heating before we arrived so it was just 10 degrees when we got there, making us completely unable to stay in the house. We turned on the heating and left for a few hours, but by the time we came back it was still just 15 degrees. It takes many hours to heat a whole house of course. By the next morning the temperature was warm and comfortable, but it should have been warm when we arrived. The upstairs toilet was clogged on arrival, but the host arranged a plumber to fix it right away the next morning which was great.

"Travelling with young family"

Really good location, so easy to get into Edinburgh city. Communication was good, lots of useful info sent in advance. The accomodation was very clean and the beds comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

"Perfect!"

Great home with everything you could need at a really reasonable price! Very close to a bus stop so really easy to get in and out of the city centre. Everything was spotless and beautifully presented.
