Private Apartment 6505 at the Jayakarta Residence

The location is fabulous. The apartment is positioned within the Jayakarta Resort towards the rear the resort so there's easy access to shops, restaurants, bars, and clubs. Just a 2-3 minute walk to the fantastic resort pools and the beach. The apartment was cleaned daily, pool towels were provided for our use, the hot water was excellent, and the air conditioning was icy cold! A water filter unit with clean safe drinking water was also provided which saved us having to buy drinking water daily which was also a plus. We were both very happy with the accommodation.

Even though the location is awesome, music can be heard up until about 11.45pm every night from a nearby bar. It didn't bother us but something to consider if you're a light sleeper, go to bed early and don't want to be disturbed or have young children. The other minor issue that was a bit of a nuisance was the showerhead. Even though the showerhead had different settings and great water pressure, the showerhead only moves up and down in a vertical position, so the water literally comes towards you rather than above your head. Not a massive inconvenience but a little annoying when washing your hair.

Amazing value for money! Has absolutely everything we needed and was so clean and tidy. Recommend here to anyone visiting Bali! Great location right over from the beach, restaurants and pubs. The pool and lounge area was also excellent and super fun.

The central location and friendly staff! Nothing was ever a bother. Amazing HOT shower and COLD aircon! filtered water included which was used so much! We used the fold out bed and the large bed included, watched movies in the smart tv and spent a lot of time at the pool and beach :) money exchange and laundry service across the road is highly recommended.

Only thing was a little noisy at night with the bars and singing but we got used to it and slept through after the first night :) we had ear plugs included in the room but didn’t need to use them :)

Расположен рядом с пляжем, что для любителей серфинга будет плюсом. При заселении не мог найти нужный мне корпус, владельцы оперативно связались со мной по WA и помогли найти нужную стойку регистрации.

Окна нашего номера выходили на оживленную улицу, на которой располагается большое количество баров. Там с 20:00-01:00 проводятся различные мероприятия, песни поют, что-то разыгрывают и тд. В это время в спальне и на балконе очень хорошая слышимость. Музыка, крики, песни в микрофон. Курьеров goJack или grab не пропускают на территорию, приходилось выходить и встречать их около шлагбаума. Видели тараканов в душевой комнате.

We liked the pool area

The noise. During the day there was construction next door( sounded like) Then the drag queen show until late every night. The appartment floor was super dirty with spill marks next to the bed. Sponge and tea towel in kitchen really dirty. In the jayakarta restaurant, a big rat ran across the top of the tables used for breakfast.
