Appartamento pulito con tutto ciò che può servire, niente da dire,la signora ci ha anticipato di un ora l entrata perché avevamo i bagagli (anche se in tutti i viaggi che abbiamo fatto,è la prima volta che ci capita di entrare alle 15,00,)

Non ci è piaciuto il dover prendere le chiavi a distanza di 2 km all incirca,da dove e' ubicato l appartamento. La posizione dell' appartamento è si al centro di Ferrara ,ma di notte con tanto caos di schiamazzi e gente ubriaca tanto da non farci riposare bene. Per quanto riguarda la spazzatura , ci può stare che lasciamo pulito, ma non da dover andare in cerca dei bidoni...

The appartment was very good. Large and comfortable. The location to see the city is fantastic

It was very very noisy. Even though the windows were doubled glazed it was nosy. San Ramaneo is a main walk way which is very busy, with many people still out at 2am. There is also a sports bar opposite that is extremely noisy if there are football game on. There was also no kitchen knives ( including no bread knife) and only one cutting board, which made preparing meal difficult. We were also told we could not turn on the heater due to a Government regulation. However, when stayed in other apartments later in our holiday, this was not the case.

The apartment is clean, in a very central location and they provide you with the ability to drive down the ZTL streets to drop off luggage.

We arrived at the office to pick up the keys, and since my boyfriend is Italian the woman only spoke to him. While I guess this is ok, I was the one who rented the apartment and I would have appreciated some joint communication. We arrived at the apartment only to find the toilet overflowed (from the tank) and a message on the app saying that a plumber was on the way. When my boyfriend called the office he was informed they knew about it but that it would be fixed. They should have told us prior to arriving at the apartment and should have given us another room if possible. The plumber arrived and "fixed" the toilet and then the housekeeper arrived to clean the bathroom. She was very nice and fast but didn't leave us any extra towels should it happen again. It happened again 5 minutes later and after a call we learned that it wasn't "fixed" but that there was a piece that needed to be replaced. Plumber arrived again and patched it. 2 days and then it was finally fixed with little communication from the office. They didn't respond to WhatsApp and we had to call several times due to poor connection. After that, only a 50 euro refund. Plumber and housekeeper arrived quickly and tried to fix the problem. The lack of communication and care is why I wouldn't recommend this apartment.
