ESAl llegar había unas cuantas cucarachas en el baño
ESLa ubicación cerca de metro y cercanías. La cosas con todas las comodidades , lavadora, horno , microondas .
Falta de limpieza . El horno estaba sucio y las sartenes . Un poco de limpieza le hacía falta

ESTras la pésima experiencia inicial ya todo me pareció mal.
Tras un tedioso proceso de registro en que la app fallaba y no guardaba los datos, me pasan un código y una letra de apartamento. Al llegar a la puerta a las 5 de la tarde, con los niños deseando entrar al baño y demás, el código no funciona. Tras más de una hora y llamar y llamar en unas 30 ocasiones al servicio de atención, a booking, por email y mensajes de WhatsApp nadie me respondió jamás, los niños llorando, yo desesperado pensando ya en forzar la puerta. Al final decido probar el código en otros apartamentos... y uno abre. Muy profesional todo!! No alquiléis a esta gente, se pueden cometer errores, pero hay que estar ahí para solucionarlos y ellos no estarán. La experiencia no pudo ser más desagradable.

CAWas super convenient to access the property by door codes, no keys required! It is on the first floor, no stairs to climb! Was clean, fully equipped kitchen, was nice to have the washing machine. The shower door actually seals unlike in many places, so no water got out onto the floor outside the shower. A bit tight for 3 people, but for just a few days it was okay. Grocery store is right across the street, so convenient!
Was a bit loud at night, you could hear people in the hallway. The thing that is supposed to hold the shower head was broken, so the shower head often fell out of it, hitting you. Hopefully, this will get fixed.
PTLoved the location. Very close to the central area, with a supermarket and some great cafés nearby. The place is comfortable and has everything you might need, especially if you're traveling with family.

HRThe apartment was very clean and well equipped. The location was amazing - close to supermarkets, bus stops and cafes, and if you prefer walking, it was maybe 25 minutes away from the Royal Palace and the rest of the city centre. Considering the location and quality of the accommodation, the price was beyond worth it! We also really liked and appreciated the detailed instructions we got for finding the apartment, as they also included useful information about the city itself :)
We were a bit confused when we arrived at the apartment because the door didn't look the same as in the instruction video, so we weren't sure if it was the right building. However, once we entered the building, it was easy to find the apartment and everything else was as expected :)
