Huge. So many rooms to choose from. The owner whatsapped me very good food recommendations when I asked for help. (The day I arrived, the famous ones were all closed).
The parking. Lots of lots. But cannot use the ipoh parking app. No lift.

well kept apartment, with 3 toilets, near town
didnt expect all mattresses on the floor as we have some with knee problem. listing was posted as beds and not mattresses long staircase up

Convenient location, centre of town. Food stalls/Pharmacies/ Shops are nearby. Homestay is clean and cozy. 3 bathrooms which are clean.Suitable for big family. Host is very friendly and easy to communicate with.
We came during the month of Ramadan so there was a bazaar going on, hence it was a little noisy and crowded.
