Frangipani Villa Seminyak - 2BR Pool Walk to Beach

Very good communication and excellent service and staff.

It was all very lovely, though I couldn't work out how to get the free to air TV in the lounge or bedrooms (but I didn't ask the staff so it was probably something I was doing wrong)

Everything was just amazing. I highly recommend staying in this villa. Location was a close walk to everything.

The location was amazing, the villa staff were so much help and lovely, and the place is well kept and beautiful.

Overall was amazing, plumbing had some issues however were immediately fixed when told to the villa host.

Unable to park a. Ehicle in the laneway

Having own pool was great. Bedrooms lovelywith good air con and lovely linen. Responsive host who provided some soft pillows for us. Lovely housekeeper/cleaner. Super private. Location excellent so close to restaurants, shopping and also sunset beach.

Living was open air. I had impression when looking at photos that there was open air kitchen but didn’t realise all living was open, no air con, same as bathrooms so very warm but there were fans and we just jumped in pool which was super cold. There is no direct sun so you cant suntan but so warm wasnt an issue.

Nothing. I was not allowed to stay at a Villa I'd booked and paid for months in advance. Total rip off...bordering on a scam.

I booked and paid months in advance for this accommodation, only to arrive on the 16th to be told the owner canceled my booking for another one. Not only was this not communicated with me in advance, but I did not receive my refund for the alleged canceled booking, which still reflected as confirmed, on my end. What's worse is that the owner didn't even bother to apologize for the inconvenience she caused us, but simply said I must call Booking.com to get my money back. No apology, nothing. She just didn't care that we were stranded with no accommodation, because of her actions. Fortunately we managed to quickly book at Viva Dash, which was much more professional and in a much better location anyway. I would NOT recommend this so called villa to anyone, unless you want to be ripped off and stranded in Seminyak. Totally unprofessional and an very bad attitude, to say the least.

A beautiful, very well-kept, and stylish villa. Everything available. Very quick contact via WhatsApp. I would come back once I am back to Bali.

The water pump is a bit too noisy. There are some issues with the water pressure.

Spacious and everything is great, recommended for any travellers.

I don't believe in queen or double beds. The master room should always be a king. This is my only disappointment in the entire villa.
