Close to City and Beach - Modern Home with Garage

Unit was not cleaned at all when we arrived, bed sheets have not been replaced and we had to clean the unit ourselves and get the clean sheets and towel from the storage. Toilets not cleaned and bins have not been emptied; floors have not been vacuumed.

Clean 2 bedroom, small city apartment

Not enough seating for 4, the table & chairs for 2, breakfast bar for 3 & couch for 3, nothing for 4 guests. Inadequate curtains in bedroom, none on one window at all, allowing light in from dawn. Secure garage required some skill manoeuvres to enter very tight right angle entrance. Adequate in all aspects but not outstanding in any.

Really clean home with easy to use kitchen, we'll stocked bathrooms and comfortable bedrooms. Close to the Eastgate Woolworths and a 10min drive to town depending on traffic.

Garage was a bit tight to get in to anything bigger than a mid size suv would not fit.

No bathroom downstairs (minor), could not work the microwave (wanted to reheat the morning of checkout and ran out of time).
