Das einige der Fenster nicht mehr geöffnet werden konnten. Da im EG gehen oft andere Bewohner an Zimmern vorbei. Vor Wohnzimmer nach Süden wird auch mal gegrillt oder der Motor vom Auto laufen gelassen. Vermutlich wird das alte 1960 iger Gebäude bald abgerissen und wie auf den Makler Tafeln auf dem Gelände bald durch einen noblen Neubau ersetzt

Sofa was old and uncomfortable and sheet didn’t fit the sofa properly

Location is right across from sea. Plenty of free parking Rooms spacious Issue with the oven dealt with professionally

Communal areas bit worn but you only walk through them. Heating bit difficult to work out

First line from the beach

Everything was fabulous nothing to complain about. When we needed any assistance there was someone around within 20 min.

Wfi 3mb ..!!!..tv and wifi calling unreliable Had to request oven pan Adjacent property a massive building site from 730am 2 windows and 1 light not working Limited onsite parking....had to park on the road Decor becoming shabby Front room light v. Low wats....dim ? Unclear what action was taken on reported tip floor party from 1130 to 0230am !!! No dustpan and brush Some of items of cutley and bowls had to be requested...I.e. not checked before arrival

The sea is close to the house, clean, I did not encounter any problems

We had a lovely stay at this property. The access was very easy and the location is perfect—set in a nice, quiet area with Boscombe beach just across the road. The apartment is spacious and well laid out, making it ideal for families or small groups. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we all had a great night’s sleep. Linens were clean, fresh, and smelled lovely, which really added to the comfort of our stay. Parking availability was good, which is a bonus in this area. Communication with the host prior to our arrival was seamless and reassuring. Although it's self check-in, we still felt well supported, and the hosts were available if needed. We were three adults and felt very comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable experience—we’d definitely return and recommend to others.
