Private Boho Bungalow 10 Minutes to Downtown RVA!

The house and facilities were excellent.

Bit further from downtown than we were expecting but that's our fault for not checking enough first.

Loved two bedrooms especially one with 2 beds. Loved the fireflies in the back yard. Easy drive to the airport

It would have been nice if the lawn had been mowed. It was a little farther from the wedding venue than we thought.

The location, fully stocked kitchen, coziness of property.

I wish there was a full body mirror located somewhere in the home.

The positives; the ac unit worked as expected with either heat or cool mode. Plenty of towels.

There is only one mirror in the whole house and its located in the one bathroom. I never realized how important two bathrooms are and that is only with me and my son staying here. The beds are extra firm foam on slate. My extremities would go numb from loss of circulation so lots of tossing and turning. The bed pillows are all decorative and like to stay in there full form. The windows did not have pull down blackout shades so lots of light bleeding through the front bedroom. The wood floors are super creaky and doors stick to the door frame, making tiptoeing at night impossible. The location is sketchy, see photos. The cars that did pass by seem to have a loud bumping sound system. Also the mockingbirds seem to like to gather here from 3:00am-5:00am and sing loudly. The wifi modem is in the primary bedroom and runs loud with internal fans. The property on the outside needs routine maintenance. There is a lock on the primary bedroom closet door. The kitchen pans are teflon coated so i would recommend bringing your own. See photos.

The house was very clean. Well stocked with plenty of nice quality bath towels and wash cloths as well as paper products such as kleenex, paper towels and toilet paper. The kitchen had everything you need to do your own cooking including cookware spices, etc. They even had a Keurig coffee maker and a bowl full of assorted pods. A nice assortment of individually bagged snacks such as chips, peanuts and breakfast bars greeted you on the dining room table. A very nice touch! There was nothing we expected that wasn't provided and several things provided that we never expected. They definitely go above and beyond when it comes to amenities. We were there to attend the races and the location could not have been better unless it was located next to the grandstand. Five minutes to the track, literally. From the time you make your first inquiry to the morning you check out, the management keeps you well informed of the whole process and are very quick to respond to any questions you may have. All in all a worry free and comfortable stay. Well done Boho Bungalo staff! We'll see you when our next adventure brings us to Richmond.

The house was exactly as listed. I appreciated the extra snacks and coffee that were provided.

The location was fine, but I wish it had been in a place with something to walk to. Everything was a car ride away.

The height and location of the outdoor camera feels very aggressive when entering the home.
