WiFi is truly diabolical. When one is self-employed and ‘on’ 24x7 a minimum standard of WiFi is expected. You must improve it. It is not good enough for the rental fee. We missed a critical appointment because the front door jammed and we couldn’t exit the property. We phoned the agent who was unable to solve the problem. In the end we were told to use an emergency exit button. I am lodging the incident as a formal complaint and expect some degree of compensation.

Flat was clean, nicely furnished. Good location in town. Modern Kitchen with washer was nice.

The floors were not level. One bed was out of level (your head was downhill). TV did not have local channels.

Lovely decor, good quality linen and bath products.

Bad smell coming from toilet area and couldn’t open bathroom window! A bit noisy during sleeping when window open but it’s a main road so I guess it’s to be expected. Loved the chim of the bells across the road from the Methodist church and a lovely neon sign of the cross lite my room where I slept.

The flat is gorgeous

Everything was great with exception on the mattress in one of the rooms. On the second night decided to sleep on the floor as it was impossible to sleep on the bed.

A fabulous, modern, spacious apartment in a wonderful location. Very bright & airy with all mod cons. Ideal situation on the high street in Chipping Norton, complete with on site parking at the back of the property. All facilities within a few mins walk! Good pubs/ restaurants/ supermarket/ coffee shops . Really loved our time here. Apartment was super clean & lovely fluffy towels & bedding were of a high standard. Ideal location to travel to all the beautiful villages around & to anything Jeremy Clarkson !! Diddly Squat is just literally minutes away, in the car !! Doesn’t have air con but there are shutters to keep out the sun & plenty of windows to let the breeze in !!

Loved the location of this apartment, looking out over the high street. Only slight problem that went with that, was the traffic noise & the early morning trucks, but it didn’t bother us too much & it is definitely a price worth paying to be in the hub of everything.
