"Espacio y tranquilidad en el centro de Sanlúcar"

Lo mejor la ubicación apenas a 10 minutos del centro histórico. El edificio muy bien cuidado y la zona muy tranquila, sin ruidos. Nos encantó esa distribución de ático invertido y la terraza, en la que poder tomar algo por la noche sin molestar a nadie y al fresco

Deberían cambiar la cortina de la ducha de uno de los baños porque por el filo inferior está un poco sucia.

Bien localizado, céntrico pero tranquilo a pocos minutos a pie de todo lo esencial y bueno en Sanlúcar. Que tengas plaza de garaje, es un plus muy importante,sino seria imposible aparcar cerca. La atención de Merchi inmejorable, volveremos seguro.

Dúplex muy bien situado, céntrico, con pequeñas tiendas y bares alrededor. Habitaciones, baños y cocina con todo detalle, Split en todas, ropa de cama y baño, artículos de aseo... La cocina perfectamente equipada y la terraza muy amplia.

Tenía de todo lo necesario. Era agradable y coqueto.

El suelo no estaba fregado. Solemos andar descalzos y se nota. EL SUELO DE LA CASA NO ESTABA FREGADO. Tuvimos que fregarlo al llegar.
