everything was perfect! very clean and well maintained. good location and comfortable

the layout and furniture of the rooms were different than the pictures on the website when i booked so we were disappointed that the open fire was not in the living room. also, parking was a few minute walk from the house

Excellent location for Legoland and just 5mins after leaving the M4 to property. Absolutely beautiful cottage. The kitchen to garden fully opening doors were such a treat. Ample and kitchen facilities. Good sized freezer as well which is always fave for us as we do cook at home on our breaks. Kids soft play and reasonably priced breakfast at woodies cafe less than 3 mins walk and outdoor fields and parks.

ON ARRIVAL, FIRST IMPRESSION OF THE EXTERIOR FRONT OF THE PROPERTY WAS SCRUFFY AND OVERGROWN WITH WEEDS. THE KEY BOX IS DOWN A DARK ALLEY BETWEEN THE TERRACED HOUSES AND THE LIGHT DID NOT COME ON SO HAD TO USE THE TORCH ON A MOBILE PHONE TO SEE. UPON ENTERING THE PROPERTY BY THE DOOR IN THE ALLEY WE WERE UNABLE TO FIND A KEY TO THE FRONT DOOR. AS THE STAIRS ARE BETWEEN THE FRONT DOOR ROOM AND KITCHEN IN THE EVENT OF A FIRE AT NIGHT AN EXIT VIA THE FRONT DOOR IS NECESSARY IN THE INTERESTS OF SAFETY. WE CONTACTED THE AGENTS, TEMPSTAY, THEY DIDN'T HAVE A SPARE KEY SO WE DECIDED NOT TO STAY, THEY DID HOWEVER MESSAGE TO SAY THE OWNER'S DAD HAD A KEY TO THE FRONT DOOR AND COULD GET IT TO US LATER THAT DAY, WE HAD ALREADY LEFT THE PROPERTY. PLEASE LOOK AT THE BACK GARDEN PHOTOS CAREFULLY, NO LAWN/GRASS JUST A DEPRESSING PATCH OF WEEDS.

In the main living room only had one two seater sofa so if we all wanted to sit together, this could not be done as wasn't enough seats. Adding a single seater chair would benefit i think.
