Studio 1O FL with Balcony near Terminal 3 Airport

Friendly helpful staff, close to everything.

So hard to find because of the name it's called one Palm Villa not studio 10 it cost so much by taxi to finally find the place and they didn't have a phone number on my recite

Nothing, it was grim from the moment we opened to door. Dark and dingy, massive stain on the curtains, no light in the bathroom, no window in there so it was pitch black, someone had left their flip flops just inside the bathroom which was off putting. Only one light in the main room. No air conditioning no WiFi. After travelling over 20 hours and completely exhausted this wasn’t a good start to our time in the Philippines. We turned and walked straight out again, it was that bad.

Everything as outlined above. We set off on foot to find somewhere else. Ended up at the Marriott across the road, this cost a lot more but we were so tired, we just paid it. We requested a complete refund on Studio 10. It has now been a week and we are still waiting despite communications saying it’s being dealt with. I honestly don’t know how the got such a high review rating.

Everything was very good . Bed very comfortable, room very clean . Amenities excellent and honesty items well put together.
