The washing machine was broken There are a lot of cockroaches It's hard to open the balcony door The elevator doesn't come easily

Our stay was amazing. Ms. Crizza provided us with a very comfortable stay especially for my parents since she was very accommodating for our requests. The unit was clean and organized. Sir Joseph also is very hospitable, he waited for us upon our request for arrival. Thank you so much.

It is a wonderful condo. Small but with two bedrooms and an adequate bathroom don't know that this condo would work for four people to stay but it was excellent for two. Perfect to have a washing machine and a balcony to dry clothes. There was an issue with Internet when we arrived but the hosts were very responsive and it was fixed quickly so WiFi was excellent during the stay. 101Horizons is a well maintained building in a convenient location. The building staff was great and helpful. Also was great to have a 7-11 in the building complex.

Nothing to do with the owners but the street where the condo is, General Maxilom Avenue, had miserable sidewalks and terrible traffic. Once you step away from the Horizons building and walk on the street it's a bit difficult because there are so many rocks and small obstructions. Plus motorcycles also darting in and out which is typical most anywhere in Cebu City. Fortunately, even with traffic getting to shopping like Ayala and SM City Cebu was easy with Grab or taxi.
