Lovely Rooms, Great Transport, Airport Bus, 5 mins to Beach, Great Value

Just a short bus ride into town, this was a very clean and tidy base, perfect for a couple of nights. The space is basic, but this was the best value we found during the Fringe festival, and the staff were nice and responsive.

It would have been great to have a few more cooking/kitchen facilities.

No sea view from any rooms

Eu gostei de tudo. Foi aconchegante e confortável. Tudo limpo e quieto. A anfitriã é um amor, me ajudou com as malas, pq meu marido estava no hospital com pedra na vesícula.

Sehr kleines Zimmer, kleines Bett. Etwas mehr Ausstattung wäre gut.

Lovely room but couldn't see any 'sea-view'. Really clean and tidy. Excellent communication from the host - explanations as necessary. Rules for other guests make it an acceptable place to stay if all comply.

Noisy road outside I'm not used to. I like fresh air but with the noisy road had the window shut.

A super clean and well organised apartment with 3 bedrooms. Check in process was super smooth and easy. The rooms were nicely furnished and quite spacious. And I really liked the touch of labelling all the shared amenities by the room's colour :) On top of that, the pricing was very reasonable for Fringe month. And location wise, it was super convenient that there's a bus line to the airport that's 100 meters away

Nothing in the house itself. The neighbourhood is not one that warrants a lot of walking around, but bus connection to the centre is pretty good, there are a couple of bus stops right there. Taxis to the centre are not very expensive but might be a bit tricky to book sometimes.

Overall an enjoyable and affordable stay in the property. The price includes a double room with desk and chair, communal front room, with microwave & fridge, and shared use of a shower room & WC. All spaces through out were clean and well presented. Amenities within 1-2 minutes walking included bus stops, and takeaways and a supermarket & the beach about 5 minutes away.

After some reflection I felt The booking.com listing wasn't fully transparent that this property is a room in a shared flat. I want to repeat The services were good, the apartment very clean and adequate, the location suited me and the price point was ok. Although in the listing there are references to "own room" I felt it wasn't clear that the WC / bathroom & front room were shared with other residents. however I only had very brief contact with the other residents and they were a nice couple, so definitely no complaints regarding the stay or its organisation and communication.

We got exactly what we'd been advertised. The room was nice & cozy, the bed was comfortable, everything was very clean, including the shared bathroom. Wi-Fi speed was good (I attended a couple of meetings without significant connection issues)

There wasn't any cutlery provided, as well as no kitchen sink or refrigerator. A trip to the city center takes around 25-30 mins, although the buses are quite frequent

Could not even get into the property because their lock doesn’t open. The host was unresponsive the entire time.
