Finding the property was difficult in the dark initially as not signposted on the top lane. The video link helped and should be issued as standard .

Very comfortable, clean accommodation found at very short notice. Really good value. Loved the very warm hot tub on a cold starlit evening. Woodburner made entire property toasty.

Liked everything. Instructions for cooker would have been a bonus.

Idyllic location, peaceful and amazing views from the bedroom and hot tub. We had our 1 year old with us and it was very family friendly. 13 minutes drive away from the centre of Bath. Will definitely book again!

Nothing. Didn't want to leave!

The garden, the orchard, the picture window in the nice bedroom, and quality and style of the facilities and decor in all of the rooms except the second bedroom. The proximity to Bath was perfect. The local pub’s food was superb.

The second bedroom was inadequate to make the property effective for two couples. It was very small, with insufficient space for clothes and other personal items. It’s at best a single occupancy room. It felt very unfair that one couple had to have such a significantly poorer room, particularly since the main bedroom was so lovely, albeit with too small a bed with low quality duvet and pillows. The couple in the poor room had to use the living room for clothing storage! Maybe that should be a bedroom and the kitchen could be made into a living space - with a smaller table. Let’s face it, there is no need for such a big table. The cleaning tools in plain sight in the kitchen were an eyesore; storage elsewhere should be found. There were a lot of cobwebs in the ceiling and floor corners.

Location is absolutely gorgeous in that it is very well secluded but really only a few miles from Bath city. Also, the facilities and cleanliness of the place were amazing. Definitely recommended if you're looking for a quiet place with access to the city as well.

Gorgeous accommodation with a lovely hot tub. Ideal location near the village of Priston, the church and my son’s wedding venue. Very clean and comfortable with everything needed for a wonderful stay. So quiet and private in a rural location but easy access into Bath and surrounding areas .
