Home away from home close to parks - Pet Friendly

The house was comfortable, spacey. The pool needs maintenance. Kitchen was great.

There were flies everywhere, inside the house, pool area. Mattress in main bedroom needs to be changed. They are also very low. There's a lot of mold on windows. AC in rooms is not the best.

The Hostess was amazing and super friendly. The house was clean and area was super quiet . We have an Autistic child and loved the bunk beds with the Disney theme. My family hopes to stay again in the future . This property and Host family are 5 stars 🌟

When we arrived there was a little hiccup but the host was very prompt and courteous. They made sure to respond to any requests or concerns we had. The house and pool was comfortable. Communication was great our entire stay!

This home is perfect. It’s spacious close to all the parks, conveniently located near grocery stores. It truly is your home away from home. You can go to the parks all day. Come home. Sit on the lanai relax. Take a dip in the pool. The fenced in back yard is perfect for children and your pets. Our dog loved the backyard. We’ve stayed here twice already and we’ve booked it again. We’re coming back. My whole family loved this home.

It was nice to have a pool.

The house was a bit run down and had some issues. Nothing like the pictures make it out to be. The pool looked to be cleaned before we got there, but then no one came to clean it the entire 3 weeks we were there. 2 men came and put a chlorine puck in the pool once a week, and that's it. It really needed to be cleaned as well. The dishwasher door was a bit broken and hard to close. The kitchen fridge was leaking daily, and we had to put a towel down to soak up the water. There was garbage left behind by the last guests. We had to clean the garbage left all on the ground around the cans. That should not have been our responsibility as we didn't make the mess. There was also a bug infestation. I reached out to the owner, and she disagreed there was a problem. I explained there were ants and cockroachs. She told me they were palmetto bugs. While yes, we did see a few palmetto bugs, there were also the other insects mentioned seen daily. The central air unit wasn't working properly. Some nights the system would say no power, yet the rest of the house had power. Some days the temperature in the house got up to 78 degrees. That's not comfortable when the temperature outside got up to 106 degrees. This new smart unit can also be controlled by a cell phone. The last week we were there, it rained a lot. I started to notice water leaking into the master bedroom. We had to put towels down on the floor next to the bed so that we didn't slip and fall. I do not recommend staying here.

Overall the house was great, quiet neighborhood and spacious

We had to go by a television for the kids bedroom , every room had a tv but the kids room. The pool could use some reconditioning my kids scrapped their toes pretty badly on the pool floor but thankfully a first aid kid was located in the hall bathroom.
