Very comfortable, nice staff and very friendly and helpful owner, good view and good location.

Unfortunately there were quite a lot of ants that would appear in the bathroom and even on the bed which was not very nice but didn't bother us that much. Also there was only one roll of toilet paper and the wifi cut sometimes.

The staffs of hotel are nice which is not concerned the owner of the room.

My fault not to read it thoroughly as this is not hotel as I expected. This is service apartment giving the feeling of home stay with the noise from kids jumping over your head and screaming at the same time, no facial tissue, no fancy smell or cleanliness (The towels were dirty. The cup storage were full with the cockroaches smell and its poop, No nice blanket for the extra bed). Not that nice service, I have to wait for about 15 mins with the bad smell of cigarettes at the unwelcoming and unsafe feeling to check-in the room also walking under the rain to the building. Uncomfortable to deal with the unprofessional owner by texting all day before and at the day of arriving. Be careful before booking, Same name of hotel but many owners and locations, inconvenience to pay money at all for foreigners. Dealing too much issues with him by texting all day which I supposed to enjoy my holiday with family more than this. (A part of ruin my vacation feeling at muine, besides the heavy rainy day) Only one restaurant here which food were not delicious, too dry fried rice etc. Drinks was ok Pool and gym have to pay more if wanna get in At least, people here was nice with the beautiful nature. Bye Muine Even the owner room team tried to make over all the situation but the first impression was disappointed which leading to unsatisfied feeling.
