Windsor Castle & Shops On Your Doorstep & Parking

The space in the property was great and exactly what was requested. Near to the town centre with good access to facilities. Great base but still in a quiet location.

On arrival there was a car in the parking space which took a message and then phone call to move and 45 minutes later someone appeared to move it. Why not instal a locked bollard rather than using a car that has to be moved each time! The apartment smelt damp even though it was summer. There is a general issue with plumbing. Both showers went from boiling hot to freezing cold which could not be resolved. The shower head soaked the bathroom when using and has created part of the damp issue with water soaked into the plaster board and window ledge causing swelling wood and plaster. In the kitchen there is an issue with the dishwasher and the tablet doesn’t eject into the machine when running. In the main bedroom there is nowhere to hang any clothes so life out of a suitcase is required.

Property location is very central

Property is advertised with parking but local business keep using it, clocked up £40 of parking fees as parking spot was not available, Temp stay were contacted on each occasion but business returns vehicle back to bay next day. Very disappointing

Great location right in the middle of Windsor.

Not used to the sound of aircraft constantly going over. This isn't a problem with the property but generally with Windsor and Heathrow being so close. The hosts appear to have a difficulty with parking so we did find a car in the parking place but when we rang it was moved within minutes as the hosts got hold of the car owner. Excellent resolution to a minor inconvenience.

Location and cleanliness

Mattress needs to be changed, feel the springs. Could offer to Supply soap, would have been helpful..

The location was fantastic, minutes from the town and the train station. The extra touches provided (washing up liquid, washing powder, small toiletries) were a welcomed touch. Plenty of room and the additional loft space with sofas was a lovely surprise.

Nothing i particularly we disliked. However, i would say a bit of tlc is needed in places, paint touch-ups, cracks repaired, and the integrated fridge door needs adjusted

Good location and the flat was clean and in good repair. Good location.

Wasn't very attractive from the outside which was a bit off putting. The actual process of booking the property was unnecessarily complicated and intrusive.

The accommodation was a bit tired and could do with a refresh. Also cleanliness was ok but found broken glass next to the bed. Location was great.

nice and comfortable , close to all amenities

Location very useful for us due our goal.
