Location. House was a good size. Great garden access lots of amenities in house. Hosts lovely. Linen and towels perfect.

Could have done with a guest book re:amenities and how to use them. Also more than one key to be available.

"Beautiful property in a great location for Alnwick Castle"

Excellent central but secluded location. Very nicely turned out. Loved the showers, bedrooms beautiful and kitchen had it all. Great courtyard area which gets the sun from the start of the day, for a cup of coffee in the morning.

Nothing really jumps out, we had a fantastic long weekend.

"Superb"

The house was great, very spacious for our family and in the center of town. Each bedroom and bed was very comfortable and private on three floors. The kitchen was well equipped and the large dining table in the dining room was appropriate for 7 people. The heating of the house was optimal. Communication with our host Amanda was excellent before and during our stay. She left us a gift when we arrived and made sure that we had all we needed. We appreciated her warm hospitality. We also appreciated being able to park our cars nearby in a 24 hr parking lot. The town is lovely, the castle is awesome to visit. The region is very interesting with nice beaches and other nearby castles, hiking trails....All in all, we had a fabulous time in Alnwick. Thank you, Amanda

"A great long weekend with the family"

The location in the centre of Alnwick was perfect and the house is exceptional The coast is only a few miles away and plenty of bars and restaurant. The treetop restaurant was lovely

"Perfect large family getaway"

Great house. Spacious, modern and a fab location.

Lots of stairs might put some guests off, but that's obvious when booking. The wet room can get rather wet too, so limit shower times and watch the kids.
