"Superb"

The location was great. The apartment was clean, with parking on site (additional charge).

The apartment needs a little work, bed was small and not very comfortable, and the kitchen, although well stocked and clean, needs a bit of attention.

Location..Speed of response from staff to rectify problems. Parking. Location again.

Cheap mattress. Cheap sofa. Filthy communal hall and stairs carpets. Small shower cubicle.

"Cosy Apartment in Norwich"

Great little apartment. It was close to the centre, walking distance to restaurants & the secure parking is fab. It has everything you need to be able to cook - home from home and was very comfortable. Ben was a great host & gave clear instructions on how to get in.
