11th floor Lux queen room with great balcony view

The views are great.

There is no dish washing sinc and no wifi. The towels were very small and not enough.

The property had great potential, however, ran out of water for 3-days which ruined the trip. The walls are also very thin, which is an issue when the people next door play their TV loud and late. I was to consult the receptionist to ask if they could get the people to turn their TV down, as well used the virtual service they offer. The receptionist was no where to be found and never replied to my request. I had to knock on the persons door multiple times before they turned it down. A quite stressful instance for a Tuesday night when you have work the next day.

Location, quiet,

It was clean and comfortable. The restaurant staff was friendly.

The bathroom door and walls are transparent. That's a bad design. There was no kitchen ie sink and tap. Otherwise all was great.

Location for my time in the area was perfect - no need to use a car. The lovely restaurant on the premises - great variety of meals and snacks for all times of the day. There was a slight plumbing issue when i checked in - owner responded very quicky to my concerns and it was attended too - thank you.

I was expecting even a small stove stop in the kitchen and there was none - so any small meals had to be done in the microwave - there was no kitchen sink either - so that was a disappointment for me.
