Great location with plenty of parking in the area. Easy walk to the stadium and all that Christchurch CBD has to offer. Very spacious. Fairly quiet.

Needed some love. First visual impressions upon opening the door were very dusty fake plants, a couch with a stain on it and a table with lots of cup marks (was clean just needed some coasters). The shower head was also broken -this had been mentioned previously so I would have presumed it would have been fixed - we strapped it up for usage with something we found in a cupboard. I wanted to avoid mentioning these things in a review so contacted the host with photos both via email and a text. There was no response. A message sent upon arrival about another matter was responded to promptly. All easy fixes including the couch - cushions or a throw would have detracted from the unfortunate mark.

Location was excellent, very spacious and clean unit.

It was close to the city centre, clean and had everything.

The TV was enormous in a tiny living room. Not wrong, just not our taste. Like some of the artwork!

These are newly built appartments and very close to New World and the river walk, botanical gardens, punting on the Avon. Highly recomended.

The apartment was finished to a very high standard. The rooms were comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped indeed. The location was very good, being only a short walk to the landmarks of Christchurch

Access was difficult with suitcases being a 2 level apartment & the address was not clear Internet intermittent & constant TV drop outs No hard copy welcome pack with information about the property & surrounds making the visit challenging A shortage of drinking glasses including 1 wine glass only The shower head kept collapsing making it difficult to use

We absolutely loved our stay! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The accommodation was spotless, beautifully prepared and had everything we needed for a relaxed stay in Christchurch. Everything was perfectly organised and the communication was warm, friendly, and effortless throughout. It really made a difference and added a personal touch to the whole experience. The location is perfect, everything is easily walkable and having the bus station just 5 minutes away made getting around the city incredibly easy and convenient. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it. We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Henri and Kim for their wonderful hospitalit and the care they clearly put into this place. So central, everything you needed including the fantastic heated toilet seat! Loved our stay there and would definitely stay again

Pillows on our bed were extremely flat and just not what I’m used to
