Pool Room - Entire Guest Suite - Private Entrance

Location was great. Quiet neighborhood. Pool view but not sure pool was usable. Fridge & microwave were handy.

Not set up for guests to use efficiently. Tiny shower with a cheap shower curtain that takes up a lot of interior space. A glass door would be more practical & look better than the cheap Dollar Tree set up. I hate wondering whose body a shower curtain has been stuck to previously. Ew. Heavier or taller people will have a difficult time getting clean in the shower space. Bathroom sink area is dark to put makeup on despite floor lamp because it backlights you instead of lighting face. No place to put toiletries & makeup near pedestal sink, so I put makeup on in my rental car. No plug in sink so items can be dropped down the drain easily. No luggage rack so I put suitcase on the one tiny folding chair provided. No table to assemble, prep food for microwave or to eat at except outdoors, which wasn’t clean or convenient at night. It’s great to have the kitchen appliances available but fixing a plate of food on the foot of the bed & then eating on the bed is only option. Cute corner cupboard but not being used. No cutting board or knives, just a few plastic forks. No cups provided but there are paper plates & bowls. I reused a leftover coffee cup to make tea. Electric kettle is great but doesn’t fit under faucet to fill with water, so I used a paper bowl to transfer water from faucet to kettle. Electrical cords are strung across the room to provide a surge protector for charging devices by bedside but not easy to find plugs elsewhere. Rug runner has a corner that sticks up as a trip hazard but can be turned. Honestly, a few hundred dollars more invested in this place and it would be really great. I’m a former A*rb*b Sup*rh*st and have furnished numerous properties. These are all minor things but make a guests stay easier rather than having to figure out work-arounds for commonly provided items. Outdoor areas were unkempt & shabby, gate drags & is difficult to open, so maybe owners have fallen on difficult times to keep up with the property’s...

This little guest house was adorable. Parking was easy to find on the street, and everything was so nice.

It was a bit warm in the space at night, but I’m also menopausal and I get hot everywhere.

Great little place for a solo or couple travellers looking for a quiet and private stay. Lots of food and nightlife within walking distance and a short drive to most places you would want to go

The space had everything I needed and was very comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised by the connectivity- I travelled for work and found it really easy and quick to take the bus and uber to and from activities.

It was great for a single guest but the bathroom being connected to the bedroom may be uncomfortable for some.

Great host, Great location

Great location. Appreciated having a bedroom and bath that were walking distance to Hillcrest. Space was clean and there were straightforward entry instructions.

It wasn't clear that there wasn't central a/c or heat. There was an HVAC remote, but the main heat/cooling methods were an electric space heater and the ceiling fan. They worked fine, just was confusing.

The location is great and the check in was easy, instructions were clear.

The place was messy. When we arrived, there were things on the aisle that made it difficult to pass through. The host only left one towel and we were two, and the place wasn't too clean.
