Cozy 2B Townhouse King Bed Free Parking TV in BRs

Nice quiet neighborhood. Easy Access

One of the toilets was broken and could not use. The coffee pot did not work. The hottub was low and water and could not be used.

The beds are comfortable and cozy. The Hot tub was a very nice surprise 😮 I liked that it was close to my favorite bbq restaurant smoke pit.

The kitchen and dining are very small, so even though this home can accommodate 6 people, you wont necessary have 6 seats to dine as the space is too small. But its not too big an issue.

I’ve see where the picture says one thing and the place is completely different. But this place is what you see is what you get, and it’s very nice. The person I talked to, to extend my stay. Was very helpful, and understanding. I would really come back again, to this place to rent. For ether work or vacation.

The property was great , very clean and had extra items that came in handy. Didn’t even know I booked a place with a jacuzzi so that was a nice surprise. Host was amazing , communication was amazing . Location was perfect for why we came to Charlotte .

The check in time was very late in the day but when we sent her a message she let us check in a few min early , and I didn’t like they charge a 150 cleaning fee and still ask you to clean . What was the fee for ? They asked us to load dish washer and take out trash , load up all used towel and rags and tidy up although we did that anyway it should’ve been optional being that I already paid a fee

I especially loved the cleanliness of the space. I had everything I needed and more (complimentary wine) upon arrival.

The space

It was comfortable and quiet, and easy to find. We had a relaxing stay. The beds were extremely comfortable. There was a lovely bottle of wine with two glasses laid out for us, which was a nice touch.

There's a few little things here and there that make it feel like there was a rush to put the place up for rent. Aesthetic things like some dinged up walls from the shower bar install - nothing major, but just enough to divert some attention during your stay.
