Palayan Villa - El Nido - Private pool

Spacious Villa. Well equipped kitchen and very nice layout with 4 swings, private pool and strong AC to keep Villa cool in hot weather. Beds are comfortable, villa kept clean and tank of distilled water for guests to use.

The only draw back was the communication when initially checking in. Unfortunately the road leading to the Villa is very rough, and they took 30 minutes to get us from the main road, in very hot weather mid-day. The communication was quite poor, the whatsapp messages redirected me to query through Booking.com - for which they took a while to get back to me on questions. This was the only negative experience preventing rating a 10/10 - the overall experience was very enjoyable and it's a credit to how well the villa has been maintained. The staff within the Villa however, were absolutely exceptional. Very friendly and attentive to our needs. The advert brochure also is states 2 buggies to get around are provided - this is no longer true, we had to pay a trike as buggies are not available to use. Bare this in mind if you have small children, as trikes are very small and sometimes uncomfortable to ride in if you have 3 or 4 people in the same cart. Everytime we needed a necessity like baby milk or groceries we had to pay a trike fare which contradicts the free buggy use advertised. Overall a great experience. Just a couple things to note as above if travelling with family

La casa è semplicemente stupenda, immersa nella natura e nella comunità locale. Abbiamo affittato dei motorini per raggiungere el nido town e Le spiagge di lio e nacpan. E’ distante dai servizi, ma il manager fornisce tanti contatti per farsi recapitare cibo e servizi. Si è occupato lui di affittarci i motorini e prenotare le escursioni con operator accreditati. Il manager è sempre disponibile e Mary la signora che si occupa della Casa abita proprio lì affianco, ma non viola la privacy in alcun modo. Ci tornerei? Sì

juste un peu isolé mais c est ce qui fait son charme et matthieu le propriétaire est présent pour conseiller et fournir des moyens de déplacements, donner indications livraison repas à domicile, massage domicile ...

Vejen ned til villaen som tidligere nævnt, der var en ulidelig larm fra gravmaskiner og lastbiler fra 7 morgen til 17 aften lige udenfor vores hoveddør samtlige 14 dage, samt motor cykler fra de omkring liggende huse, ingen privatliv når du var i haven samt poolen, folk gloede direkte ind !! Pool drengene der rensede poolen vadede bare ind som det passede dem på forskellige tidspunkter uden en plan, den ene dreng lavede noget mens den anden bare sad og checkede mobil tlf .... Huset trænger til en gevaldig opdatering, badeværelser specielt, muglugt og råd flere steder, køkkenfaciliteter er under al kritik og skal opdateres !!!

The best dacha ever. Прекрасный дачный домик. Удачно простроена лаунж-зона. Крыша-гамак с видом на леса-поля отдельный кайф. Барбекю, бассейн. Приятный менеджмент.

Нам все понравилось, но надо понимать, что это вилла-дом в деревне, не резорт. Вокруг местные с их жизнью. Настоящая дача в окружении деревенских)
