Very old and worn out, ex fan for the toilet was very noisy and did not shut after a couple of minutes.

Spacious and clean, close to supermarkets, not too far a walk to town centre, yet is situated in a quiet area of town.Well-appointed kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Free designated parking space a real bonus in St Andrews, good provision of toiletries/ toilet roll. George is an excellent host, happy to answer any queries and helped out any time it was required.

Only drawback with kitchen was what appeared to be flood damage on floor, and maybe some provision of condiments/cooking oil/ dishwasher tablets could be considered.

Very spacious flat. Can sleep 4. Great location only 500 metres from central St Andrew’s. Ample parking. Good wifi, comfortable sofas, desk, dining table etc b

Perhaps a non-slip mat for the shower would be good
