2 Bed House Close to Liverpool & Everton Stadiums

Very quiet, nice comfortable beds and ideal location for Anfield stadium.

Perhaps there should have been mention of very steep narrow stairs to warn potential bookers. No bulb in overhead light in main bedroom. A couple of holes in the wall on the stairwell which needed filling.

The location of the property was the best aspect of it

Upon arrival there was empty beer bottles and cigaret ends in courtyard. Extensive damage to property including holes to the wall in the stairwell (with brickwork visible in a hole in the), a leak stain to the ceiling above kitchen. No hot water available on arrival. Multiple attempts to pressurise the boiler. Gaining hot water on the second day. Harassed following check out: I was phone and emailed on the day of checkout with voicemails left stating cleaners have reported we were still in the property that it was 2pm and checkout was 10am. However we left at 10 and informed them to check the camera where they could see us depart. Giving the price paid for this property I don’t feel it meet the expectations. Having been in contact I was informed due the property type this would reflect general wear and tear. I was offered 5% of a single night in refund.
