I stayed in Apartment 1009 at La Cascada and honestly couldn’t have been happier with my stay. From start to finish, everything was perfect. The apartment was spotless, beautifully presented, and had everything I needed for a relaxing and comfortable break. The location is absolutely ideal — just a short stroll from the beach, shops, and restaurants, yet still peaceful and quiet. I loved sitting out on the balcony each morning with a coffee, enjoying the beautiful sea view and warm breeze. It’s such a lovely spot to unwind and take in the surroundings. The hosts were fantastic — really friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They kindly let me keep the apartment until 6pm free of charge on my last day, which made such a difference as my flight wasn’t until the evening. They also provided me with an extra set of keys, completely free of charge, which was so convenient and thoughtful. Everything about the stay was easy and stress-free — from check-in to communication and the overall comfort of the apartment. The pool area was lovely and well maintained, and it truly felt like a home away from home. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and can’t recommend Apartment 1009 enough. It’s the perfect place for anyone wanting comfort, convenience, and a touch of luxury in the heart of Puerto Rico. 🌞

The views were amazing and so close to the beach. The apartment was modern and very clean.

The arrangement for collection of keys upon arrival and the steep climb or steps to beach/town weren't great due to mobility issues.

Excellent location nearby ocean, beach, shops, restaurants. Balcony with seating furniture and sunset + ocean views. It was possible early check in at 2PM. Smart 2 TV's with streaming services as Netflix. Modern designed apartment.

Very weak flow of water in the bathroom - in sink and in shower. This should be fixed, it was very uncomfortable. The toilet brush was not clean. Broken toilet basket lid in the bathroom.
