Good location for Legoland. Enough space for family. Despite initial problems, good help from property mainteance to rectify them.

Difficult to find down alley and parking not easy on arrival. Not cleaned on arrival (but rectified within a few hours). Need some more utensils and washing up liquid. Top bedroom was very hot.

Convenience of location. Easy for Windsor and legoland.

Only 4 bowls for 6 guests. Had to have breakfast in relay. Spoke to hosts on arrival. They agreed to drop more off next day but still waiting 3 days later. They obviously don't value their guests convenience or comfort. Take the money but can't be bothered to deliver on their promises. Its the little things that make a difference.
