NEW Cabin - Heated Indoor Pool, Jacuzzi, Gameroom

Cabin was clean. Soap and detergent were provided and the towels were soft. I would stay here again if I decide to go back to pigeon forge. Communication with management was good.

Only issue was the back door was a little hard to open and close. But that did not take away from the experience.

I was told I had early check in and when I arrived 3 hours early at the time I had gotten a confirmation email for, I was locked out. Only to find out the property had not been cleaned and I had to wait 3 hours to get in. When I called and spoke with the owner she actually hung up on me and refused to answer my calls back. The property was adequate, however the management is terrible. They blamed the website booking.com for the error on arrival time and refused to compensate me for the inconvenience.
