Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, obiekt dostosowany do rodziny z dziećmi

Należałoby zwrócić uwagę na sprzątanie obiektu niestety był nie posprzątany, w piekarnik z pozostałościami po jedzeniu oraz śmieci w koszach w łazienkach.

Super, wygodnie, czysto, duża przestrzeń

- found bugs in the bed, management refused to sort it out. One of the rooms was uninhabitable with how many bugs there were. - rooms were damp. One room in particular had mould and paint falling off. - no heating at all, host said maintenance men couldn’t fix it (after 4 visits, interrupting our plans) and they’d provide a heater - they never did. Our baby’s hands and feet turned blue with how cold the apartment was - 10 days later we checked out and they still never sorted it out or apologised. Heating is supplied by air con units so these also don’t work, so in summer would be way too hot. - balcony doors don’t lock, had 2 young children staying in the apartment which was extremely dangerous. Asked for a key to lock them, they said they’d bring it over. They never did. - there are multiple stairs to be able to access a lift - not mentioned when booking. Had to carry the buggy up lots of stairs everyday just to use the lift. - building work - never mentioned on the booking or any messages sent to us before arriving. The most noisy, ridiculous thing - everyday at 7am. Woke up everyone in the apartment. View out of the windows is just a building site and dirt. I know they can’t help the building, but they could have at least informed us in advance. - lots of bits needed updating, balcony rail had chips and cracks. - we had to do constant calls and messages trying to get things sorted out but they just didn’t do it. Meant to be on holiday and having to do all this was ridiculous. We would have been happy to give the place another go but after trying to contact them and them refusing to compensate anything at all for the ridiculous stay we had with them, we wouldn’t bother. Spent nearly £2000 on this stay & we’ve been so disappointed with the host.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, piękny widok z balkonu, bardzo wygodnie dla dwóch rodzin z dziećmi, przestronne mieszkanie, bardzo dużo kawiarenek i restauracji przy samym apartamencie i sama Sliema świetnie skomunikowana z resztą wyspy.

Niestety przy samym budynku, praktycznie w oknach sypialni od tyłu mieszkania jest budowa i straszne hałasy od 6 rano. Moim zdaniem na czas trwania budowy mieszkanie powinno być tańsze. W mieszkaniu, w większości pokoi nie działa klimatyzacja, w październiku to nie był kłopot, ale latem byłoby trudno. Minusem są też tylko dwie łazienki, zwłaszcza, że jedna jest w sypialni. Na tak duże mieszkanie to za mało o jedną toaletę taką ogólną.

We have stayed at this APT for the second time as a group of team colleagues and we enjoyed everything. What stands out is the clear instructions, excellent and prompt communication with the owner/manager. We will come next year, too. Easy access to all facilities, nearby restaurants, bars, promenade, stunning sea views, morning sunrise🌅THANK YOU🙏❤️
