I checked in the staff was asleep. Didn't seem to care about the check in. As I checked in the stairway smell disgusting and smell of sewage or urine. As I open the door to the room. It was stuffy and the air con was moldy. The toilet didn't seem to flush, the faucet wasn't working. The door lock wasn't working. The towels had stains and look disgusting. The bed linen look like it hasn't been clean and disgusting. I didn't stay there because it was hot and look unclean and disgusting. I had to book a different hotel.I reached out to the owner and didn't even bother giving me partial refund even considering I didn't even stay there for my 5 nights. It's a false advertisement from what the pictures represents of the place. I would not recommend anyone booking there. You lose your money and it's a misinterpretation of what it actually look like in person.
