Cozy 1-bedroom condo unit for rent in Quezon City

The place looks cute and the balcony is spacious but there were a lot of hair strands on the floor and even on the toilet seat. The blanket and pillowcases were a bit smelly, so I requested a replacement. However, the caretaker offered me a duvet cover from the cabinet, which also had several hair strands and didn’t smell fresh either. I told her that what she was offering seemed dirty and agreed to get us another cover but never did. She was also difficult to contact—she didn’t reply to text messages right away and didn’t answer calls promptly.

The water didn't heat up enough for shower or dishes despite turning the heater on, not sure if it was broken or if that was how it was meant to be but no big deal!
