Sauberkeit, die Einrichtung, es hat alles geklappt und die Ausstattung ist super nichts gefehlt, und eine wunderschöne Aussicht vom Wohnzimmer

Ben organizzata c’è tutto e di più ,anche se non ho cucinato potevi usufruire degli elettrodomestici con i prodotti tutti in dotazione ottimo il box x la macchina visto che a Sanremo i oarcheggi sono pochi host molto disponibile e premurosa nei nostri confronti consigliamo vivamente la struttura torneremo a trovarvi

Locatia este OK. Mic dejun nu este inclus in pret. Apartamentul arata bine, are toate dotarile necesare pentru bucatarie si batie. Foarte aproape de supermarket, benzinarie, spalatorie auto

Apa calda este limitata - BOILER electric cu capacitate mica. Maxim 2 persoane dus cu indulgenta.

Pulizia, servizi e accessori completi. Presenza di box per l'auto. Posizione comoda per raggiungere il campo di atletica. Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. Molto bella la vista dal terrazzo. Arredamento funzionale e comodo.

Parecchio rumoroso malgrado gli infissi nuovi. Si sentono particolarmente i rumori dalla strada e quello del sistema di condizionamento. Manca il riscaldamento classico e i 2 climatizzatori non sono posizionati ad hoc. All'arrivo poi erano entrambi spenti. La strada sotto il palazzo e' un po' trafficata. Per il pagamento della tassa di soggiorno non ci e' stata fatta nessuna ricevuta. Il bagno non ha riscaldamento, perché e' piccolo: una persona alta più di 185 cm credo potrebbe avere dei problemi. Manca il bidet, anche se c'è uno zampillo nel water , non e' la stessa cosa..

Very clean and reasonable place for a stopover. The apartment has everything one needs and the host has taken care of many details, including a Netflix subscription for kids. The host was always in contact with us and took care of all our needs. We also had a sea view in the morning but were not that lucky with the weather. Thanks.

Nothing much to complain about, but make sure you clarify everything in advance about the check-in process, the keys and the parking slot (not big enough for bigger cars) which is in a building nearby, in order not to lose valuable rest time.

Everything was very good, host wait for us even though we arrived two hours later, after midnight. Host was very kind. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. All in all we recommend this place and we will be back.
