1. Picture frame drop. They shouldn’t use tape to hang the frame. Very dangerous if drop onto the kids 2. Owner should provide more rubbish bin inside the toilet. Only have 1 rubbish bin downstairs

Nothing worth mentioning.

Changed the unit in last minute. No hot water for two showers. 3 inches mattress like sleeping on wooden plank. TV not working reported no action taken. Kitchenett without pots to cook. Cracked utensils. Unclean towels. Aircon not working properly.

It was fairly easy to collect the keys and the team on the property, i.e. the security guards, were very helpful to navigate the property.

The beds were not comfortable. Although each room had a double/Queen bed, the mattress was hard so we could not rest well from our travels. The Netflix system in the property was glitchy thus we couldn't enjoy the entertainment.

Location is good for family who wants to bring their kids to legoland.Very quiet ambience especially in the evening.
