-Centrale- Terrazza sul Lago, la brezza del Garda

Tutto è perfetto, pensato a ogni dettaglio per farti sentire a casa. I letti sono molto comodi, cuscini perfetti. Piumino caldo e leggero. La casa era gia calda al arrivo.

Stanze calde e ampie. Soggiorno ampio e ben attrezzato. Bagno confortevole.

1) credo che dotare le chiavi di casa di un semplice portachiavi ( anche quelli da 10 centesimi di plastica) sarebbe opportuno. 2) una maniglia alla portoncino d'ingresso visto che fa fatica ad aprirsi 3) mettere le batterie al telecomando della tv 4) una porta non datata inizio 1900 sarebbe meglio 5) dotare di lenzuola in poliestere che non si ritirano quando sei nel letto ( praticamente abbiamo dormito sul materasso che non era neanche dotato di copri materasso) 6) da rivedere le scale che portano alla stanza superiore, si muovono. Credo sia anche un problema di sicurezza! Queste sono cose minimali che con una spesa davvero irrisoria farebbero alzare un po' il rating. Ovviamente un restyling della camera superiore, mettendo un laminato o spc sul pavimento e rivedendo muri e pittura, innalzerebbero decisamente il livello.

The property location was excellent, very accessible to supermarkets and shops.

There were many issues with the property, such as the following: - stairs were creaky and unstable (the stairs which led to the upstairs room) - the host didn’t supply enough towels which led to us having to buy some. - I appreciate that the bathroom wouldn’t contain all the necessities we needed, however the basics such as toilet paper, could have been provided for the week. - There was no WiFi which made our stay very difficult, as I had to do work. - The bedroom downstairs was not cleaned prior to our arrival. - Some furniture pieces were broken and not fixed. - The kitchen lacked a few essentials (microwave, toaster,etc.) - No washing machine - Not enough blankets, especially as it was winter. - The window in the upstairs room didn’t open and the air conditioner took a while to work. - We stayed 3 hours without power/ electricity and had to wait in a nearby cafe. - Could do with some additions decorations/furniture.

L'host Marco è stato molto gentile e sempre disponibile ad ogni richiesta, molto buona la posizione dell'appartamento.

Lavori di ristrutturazione in atto nell'appartamento sottostante quindi elevati rumori presenti per gran parte della giornata..ma capisco che dipenda dai vicini adiacenti e non dall' host di questo appartamento.

Apartamento muito bem localizado, espaçoso e com estrutura adequada para alguns dias.

Barulho ensurdecedor durante o horario comercial, parece haver uma obra na casa ao lado.

- 2 AC - Comfortable beds - Decent location

- We had only one roll of toilet paper (for 3 people, for 3 nights). When we asked the owner for more he said "We usually provide only one courtesy roll, we do not have supplies for the entire stay". We had to buy ourselves. - If you turn on 2 burners of the stove at the same time, the power cuts off. - The shower drain was clogged and it was too disgusting to clean. The shower flooded quickly, and the shower door couldn't fully close, causing the water to escape and soak the bathroom floor. - 1 coffee capsule for the coffee machine (for 3 people, for 3 nights). We bought coffee and left it there, enjoy! - The pans were very dirty and sticky. - In the picture it shows that the TV has Netflix. However, it can't be connected to the Internet, so that is not the case. Furthermore, the TV remote had no batteries. - Last, but not least, the lack of WiFi. Even if it is written in that there is no Internet, being in 2025 and this being a thing is still very strange and a negative thing.

Nicely laid out, with two terraces.

- I thought it was cheaper because of the location, but the apartment was disappointing. - The accommodation has no Wi-Fi — I didn’t think properties without Wi-Fi still existed, and the mobile data signal is very poor. - Both terraces were unfinished and unclean, there was nowhere to sit outside. - The blanket on the bed had no bedsheet. - The air conditioning couldn’t be adjusted for temperature or intensity — it only had an on/off setting.
