Garajonay 3 bedrooms apartment, ocean & pool view

The complex is small with a private pool- not hectic, family orientated and not fighting for space or sunbeds Very well placed in Costa Adeje- perfectly located 3 bedrooms- suitable for family of 5

Very basic apartment. Lack of hot water for showers. Tired property- plugs loose at walls; some not working at all. Cupboards in kitchen, door handles loose and didn’t close properly in one of bathrooms. Unsecure toilet seats- had to report one but was not repaired during our stay. Sadly no air conditioning, although x1 fan in apartment. microwave didn’t work and washer not fit for purpose

Location was great less than a 10 min walk to shops, restaurants and beach. Complex and pool was nice.

Apartment needs an overhaul, poor funishings, kitchen cupboard doors damaged, needs replacing, cheap curtains, electrical socket hanging out of wall, dirty rug in lounge, roof damage in middle bedroom, some repairs done throughout , but to a very poor standard, ensuite bathroom very small and impractical layout, no space for toiletries at sink.

Next to a motorway that you heard 24hrs. Shower floods, lights didn't work , bed fell apart when sat on . Sheets didn't fit mattresses and exposed all the stains .toilet seat detached from cistern, outside dryer and sunbed broken couldn't use. And falling down roof in bedroom. All reported several times and never fixed .

We absolutely loved the location. It was an easy walk to restaurants, grocery store, beaches and Siam Park. The pool was amazing and had a nice shallow area for kids to play in. The view from the balcony was also lovely, we enjoyed watching the sunset from there. We made good use of the in suite laundry as well. The water pressure in the bathrooms was wonderful. The kitchen was decently stocked and everything in the kitchen worked well. The three bedrooms were great and they were able to get a crib for our baby. Having two bathrooms is also a plus. The staff was also very helpful in retrieving an item we left behind which we were very grateful about. We can tell they are listening to the reviews as there was more wine glasses, a bottle opener, curtains for all the windows and blankets for all the beds.

The staff member who was supposed to meet us on arrival unfortunately got delayed in traffic so we had to wait in the lobby for two hours before we could check in. The area rug is pretty stained, the sheets are older so didn’t stay on the beds and the decor and fixtures are a little outdated. We found these things all very minor to our stay and would still highly recommend this place.

It was advertised as recently refurbished and it wasn't. Needs updating pretty poor quality inside. Needs air con or ceiling fans.

Great location, good size apartment and nice view of the sea in the distance. Lovely sunset each evening

Apartment is very basic. No blinds on windows, no air conditioning, beds were average with only one thin sheet for each bed. No blankets ar quilts, lucky for us it was warm. Two wine glasses in a 3 bedroom apartment? Unfortunately we broke one while cleaning it. One broken bottle opener. Huge 50 inch TV that didn't work. Badly broken tile on the balcony and a discarded broken chair on the balcony. This seems to me to be a recently purchased property with the owners looking to make aa much as possible out of little input so very disappointing. After all that we had a great time but I really can't recommend this apartment.
