It was a wonderful hotel, beautiful hunteresc feeling from the decorations. Especially the saloon. Parking was easily available and free right in front of the hotel. It was a very comfortable place to sleep. Also changing to one day earlier was accepted, we are grateful.

It was missing more communication about the availability of the swimming pool, which we would have liked to use. Also the water in the shower was not flowing, but filling up easily.

Clean and comfortable studio apartment in a great location. Easy key collection from a lock box. No breakfast, but there is a coffee machine in the lobby you can use (for a small fee). Great wellness facilities in the basement with saunas, a pool, and a jacuzzi.

It was difficult to get hold of any staff member in person. You need to bring cash to use the wellness facilities and leave it in your room. We were only given two towels in total, which wasn't enough if we wanted to use wellness as well. We asked for a couple more but were ignored. When I chased, the reply from the owner was unfriendly to say the least. You need to be very careful when using the pool. The area by steps into the pool is extremely slippery and my partner slipped and injured himself. We were told by other guests who stay regularly that a few more people have slipped there previously, but no action has been taken to prevent this.
