Absolut unfreundlich, ich kam an, das Zimmer dreckig, das Bett voller Haare und Brandlöcher in der Bettdecke. Er meinte er könne erst am nächsten Tag die Reinigungsarbeiten veranlassen. Gleichzeitig bestand er drauf das alles sauber ist und ich soll mich nicht so anstellen. Am Ende hat er mich für dumm erklärt. Also Apartment selber gereinigt, Utensilien waren zum Glück vorhanden, sowie die Bettwäsche zum Laundry gebracht. Ich würde die Unterkunft nie wieder buchen. Im Moment kann ich hier leider keine Bilder hochladen.

I like how the unit is fully equipped with utilities like hair dryer, water boiler, cups, utensils, fridge, and so on. It was really convenient to stay in the unit. The bed is comfy as well. Another best part for staying in this place is that the parking fee is really cheap as it only charged RM1 per day. You can also find 7/11 and BilaBilaMart near the parking area whereby you can get your daily stuffs there without problems.

I would say that the direction guide to the stay is not stated clearly enough. When we first reached the place, we arrived at a construction site (we searched for Empire City Marriott as stated in the booking). After contacting the host, only then do we know that we have to go to another location (go to the lower floor and enter from another side). The second thing that I am not really satisfied with is that there are cockroaches. From our first night to the second, we encountered more than 5 cockroaches. It's not like the unit is not clean, but we just don't know where the cockroaches came from as all the doors and windows were tightly shut throughout our stay.
