Apartamento 4 en Estadio Sevilla 8 plazas y metro

The apartment was situation in a nice part of Sevilla. It was circa 30-40 mins walking distance from the city centre. Right outside the apartment is the metro stop and 5 minutes walking distance is the tram (which is my recommended mode to get into the city). The apartment was as per the posting, no surprises (negative or positive). The host helped us sort out a very minor issue immediately so even though the check-in system is automated, they are available for any issues. Happy to recommend this accommodation for others.

The communication was very bad, almost non-existing. The flat is basic, no charm at all, far away from the historical centre and extremely expensive for what it is, even during the holidays.

Very nice apartment near the center!

This was a great little apartment that fit a lot of people! It is right on the metro, so easy to get to the center of the city quickly. It wasn't fancy, but it totally met our expectations and I would recommend it for bigger groups. We had 8 people (4 kids and 4 adults), and I would say that was probably one too many people though we did just fine. I had a little trouble getting into the apartment (likely user error on my part), but the host was very easy to contact and was able to get me in without difficulty. Overall a very clean apartment in a lively part of town with easy access to the metro.

The only negative was that it could be a bit noisy - you could hear the door to the building slamming shut when people would leave, and there was construction going on in a nearby apartment. However, this did not take away from our enjoyment of the apartment or affect our sleep!
