Bedrooms and bedding damp on arrival. Took days to dry out. Property feeling a little neglected needing tlc. Cleanliness below average. Dirty bedding left outside property only collected after a few days. All reported to Trearddur Bay Holiday Homes but no response.

The location was fantastic, beautiful green fields through the patio doors an a 2 min walk to the beach, shop,dog friendly pub & dog friendly chippy also 2 mins away. No parking at the actual property (well not for us,hubbys car was 2 big) i might of got my fiat 500 in there but we managed to park no more then 500 yards safely off the main road.

I left the fan on in the bathroom,I think because the downstairs is sort of cut into nextdoors massive surrounding garden that there isn't much air gets in to circulate down there, this wasn't the case with the bedrooms though,they have windows you can open. We took a baby gate with us although we didnt use it as the frontdoor open 10foot away from the road, if you have a dog that can bolt for the door I advise taking a baby gate.

The location to beach and restaurants being within walking distance.The balcony was a great idea with the weather being warm and sunny!

Struggled to operate TV on one rainy evening.Its had no instructions for the smart television.Toilet seat needs fixing as it's not stable.Could do with a curtain or blind across balcony sliding door for privacy.Inside mat at front door is very slippy on the tiled floor.Paint still in bedroom from decorating!

Had everything we needed - ideally located for the beach & local restaurants. Spar shop just down the road for any supplies.
