Belltown Perch, explore like a local 99 Walkscore

I was greeted at the unit as scheduled. As it turned out there was no paper manual available and the internet didn't show as available...Fortunately the greeter connected me with a remote service person who worked on the problem for a few hours and was able to guide me to a wireless server that functioned! From there on everything worked as advertised and I enjoyed the lovely intown apartment.

This property was clean and in a good location you can walk to the nice places in Seattle downtown. Walkable distance to the Public Market, Pike Place, Space Needle , Olympic Sculpture Park, Aquarium and indoor shopping center. And this place has a good view, partial ocean view form the living room. There was an extra sofa bed in the living room and enough supplies of towels, bed sheets, blankets , pillow covers and etc.

It was not easy to open the door with a hard key. And the property was kind of close enough to hear the beat from the near club at night. But it did not bother me for I am a good sleeper.

Great location. Very walkable. Parking included. Apartment was an amazing setup for us: plenty of closet space and hangers, kitchen with more than everything we needed, loved the balcony and the view.

We were contacted at 2:41 AM reminding us to leave keys at the apartment.

Was in the middle of the city and easy to get to every thing. Also loved that we could use the parking garage as we rented a car.

Wish I would have been able to unlock door with a code. I stay at a lot of airbnbs and this is a lot easier.

This property was the perfect location to tour Seattle in one day. Easy walking to Pike Place market and docks East walking to Space Needle and points of interest near it

We had a very nice stay at Belltown Perch. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. It had a nice balcony on the upper floor with a view of the sound, and a courtyard garden as well. We liked the location, being able to walk to Pike Place Market and Seattle Center, and many restaurants in between. The included free parking was a perk for us, although be aware the spots are very tight and parking takes some effort and skill, we were driving a rented Chevrolet Traverse. The building was secure, and communication with the host was excellent. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again!

Excellent communication throughout our entire stay. The host is very professional & attentive. Place was cozy & clean, pleasant & at a short distance to pikes place market. Only reason I would not give 5 stars is we had issues with the hot water so had to take cold showers a few times .
