Historic Tudor House in rural Hereford - inc breakfast

Old historic building, on a farm with friendly ponies, dogs, cats, and ducks. Very friendly and hospitable hosts. We fell in love with the dog Tilly and would love to come back and stay here again.

The whole stay was beautiful

Beautiful suite with magnificent history. Comfortable bed, plenty of room, all the facilities you could possibly need. The owners were super helpful and were very friendly. Lovely, friendly and well behaved animals too 😊 We loved sitting out by the pond in the evening watching the ducks and were blessed with sunshine in the garden for our delicious breakfast. If going on a Saturday eve like we did, we would recommend booking a table at the local pub as we turned up just after 7 and it was full so had to drive to Leominster where there is very limited choice of eateries.

Great atmosphere, fascinating, attractive & unique building, spacious accommodation, comfortable beds, kind hosts, lovely scenery, great shower, enjoyable breakfast & refreshments & good facilities.

That was an interesting night. We enjoyed the place, which is very rural. It has everything you need: heating, a nice bathroom, and a cooker with an oven. It was not the first B&B I've stayed in, and I would describe it more as self-catering than a traditional B&B. You can expect croissants (which is super nice), but I wouldn’t call it breakfast. There was also no butter or jam. So, please do not expect a cooked breakfast and if you are hungry in the morning take something extra. The only thing I did not like was the smell in the house. It has a very specific smell that I found unpleasant, though this might be a personal preference. The owners were friendly, and we really liked their super friendly cat and dog.
