Spacious apartment, beds very comfortable. Balcony was amazing. Excellent location for Zocolo. Metro nearby to venture further.

Kitchen facilities could have been better, no kettle, no spare plug sockets in kitchen, had to plug toaster in in the bedroom. Shower door needs a good clean. There is a bar/nightclub opposite the balcony, they play extremely loud music at weekends. On Saturday night it did not stop until 6.30 am.

Tiene unas vistas impresionantes, camas comodas, todo nuevo y limpio, tienen un cuarto en la portería para guardar las maletas hasta las diez de la noche cuando haces el check out, a 4 minutos andando recto de labplaza de la Constitución

Los mandos de la ducha no van del todo bien porque derepente te quemas con el agua como q se pone muy fria y hay que estarlo tocando todo el rato y no te deja relajarte del todo en la ducha, si no hubiera sido genius 3 me hubiera salido mucho mas caro y no se si hubieramos ido

The location was great, safe and quiet!

I liked everything.

The location is quite central for all activities around the Zocalo.

The stench coming out of the sewerage is horrible and ever present. The lift stops at level 6. Good luck as staff did not offer any assistance with carrying our luggage even tho we also had a 7 month old infant with us. The smaller of the two rooms in level 7 can be quite cold at night. The shower is fiddly and the water pressure is poor. Staff were reluctant to provide any assistance even tho we spoke Spanish to them, particularly the two reception staff were more preoccupied about going back into their room to lay down and watch TV / mobiles than to provide any help whatsoever. The noise from the nearby streets goes on at all hours, there is a nightclub that goes off till pass 2am on weekends and 10pm during the week. Street vendors selling corn at 11pm everyday were comical for the first night; however the charm wears off soon after. Bedding was average, relatively comfortable. Could have used softer pillows.
