L'appartement est très bien équipé, fonctionnel, bien décoré et propre. Les balcons sont très agréables pour passer un petit moment dehors. Les explications d'arrivée ont été très claires et on permis d'arriver à bon port. La place de parking est un vrai plus.

L'environnement fait un peu peur à l'arrivée (déchets sauvages sur le trottoir en face du portail). La procédure administrative de location est un peu lourde à mon goût : compléter un formulaire web avant d'arriver + bloquer une caution (non prélevée) de 600 €. Quand le plafond de la carte est déjà bien entamé suite à la location d'un véhicule, cela peut poser souci. Il aurait été bien de le préciser dans l'annonce avant de pouvoir réserver.
