Penthouse F8 - Panoramic terrace, view Two Towers

Super cozy and stylish apartment, felt like home. Will definetely return.

If you arrive by night it is a bit of a challenge to find parking space. Also proper floor cleaning needed.

The living room was very nice and the penthouse has a great view over Bologna. There were free parking spaces in front of the building. The agency responded very well to requests from our side.

There were several issue which made our stay a quite disappointing and even unpleasant: - The building is very old - The check-in was very cumbersome and the agency required us to repeatedly upload pictures from passports and ourselves. - At the first morning, hot water in the shower did not run. - The sleeping rooms are old and very rusty. - One could not properly adjust the heating in the appartment. - There were clothes and other stuff in the cupboards (maybe from the owners?), this gives you an uneasy feeling - Some equipment was missing: very few toilet paper, no washing-up liquids; the washing machine is costing extra-money??? I cannot recommend the appartment.

The apartment is very nice and well equipped, spacious and modernly furnished. The towels and sheets that were provided were clean and there was coffee waiting for us which is perfect for tourists just off the road. In addition, the apartment is very close to center of Bologna and it offers free parking in the front. The host was very friendly and helpful. Communication was easy as we received responses almost instantly. We will recommend this accommodation and will absolutely return on our next visit.

The penthouse is extremely spacious and had all of the amenities you would expect from such a property. The temperature in Bologna was quite high and humid so the A/C was very welcome and kept the whole apartment cool very quickly ( a bonus). The inside of the apartment was very clean and tidy, there are many house rules but this is to be expected when trying to maintain a top quality pad!!!! Federico was always in touch to make sure we had everything, especially the property access instructions, great that the host will make time and respond to any questions or just plain and simple advice. Nearby shops and restaurants are worth checking out. The place was great for cooking and dining in, huge TV and just about all of the home comforts you would expect

There was nothing not to like about this place, it was a 25-30 minute walk into town but a good transport network was also available.

Centrally located very safe neighborhood close to restaurants , pastry/coffee shop. Property is very comfortable, clean and has all amenities needed including WiFi. The hosts respond within the hour to any messages which is quick compared to other places I stayed. I would definitely stay here again . There's a supermarket within 10 minutes walking distance. There's MIMIS restaurant two blocks away that is molto delicioso and the staff is excellent.
